Speaker Biographies:

Lesa Berec is a learning and change consultant with 20+ years of experience in retail, financial, telecommunications and other sectors. Lesa works closely with project teams to integrate learning and change strategies and plans into projects and programs for product launches, system rollouts and other corporate change initiatives. Lesa has taught extensively for York University’s Schulich School of Business and University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. She has facilitated hundreds of talks and brings creativity, experience and real world examples to each.

Gil Broza is on a mission to make the world of software development more effective, humane, and responsible. How? By helping leaders and teams truly adopt the Agile approach. Several of the world’s largest organizations are having him train hundreds of managers (up to VP level) on leading toward the Agile mind-set. Many companies have relied on his coaching, training, and facilitation for people-first Agile transformations and complete makeovers. Dave Reddoch has worked at BMO for over 20 years, the majority of which have been in delivery-related roles including project, program and platform management.   In that time Dave has enjoyed a variety of experiences ranging from small three-month initiatives up to directing a portfolio worth nearly $75 million. With experience in both technology and business environments, waterfall and agile, Dave has developed a broad perspective in project management.
